Do your services include project management?

Of course. We pride ourselves on our project management skills and take deadlines very seriously. You can expect to always have visibility into the status of every deliverable with consistent communication along the way to ensure the project always remains on track.

How long should I expect my project to take?

We pride ourselves in being able to build with efficiency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. The length of your project will vary based on its complexity, but all timelines will be clearly communicated from the onset and all timelines will be met provided we're receiving feedback and materials on time.

What should I expect my project to cost?

There is no "one size fits all" answer to this question. The truth is, every client's needs are unique and depend on business goals. I will use the discovery process to gain a deep and thorough understanding of your exact needs and provide you with a fair and accurate quote.

What is the required payment schedule?

Once the project proposal has been approved, we require an upfront deposit of 50% to begin work. The remaining 50% typically gets broken up into a 25% milestone payment that is mutually agreed upon, and a 25% final payment after the project is complete and you're thrilled with the result.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card or ACH transfer.
